Why we are only in Johnson County

Olathe averages more than a dozen hail days a year. That single fact shapes everything about how a roof should be specified, installed and documented here, and it is different from how you would do it in a market where the roof simply wears out. How we work

• Free inspection, honest answer. Including "you do not have a claim" and "that roof has four good years left." We would rather be the company that told you the truth than the one that sold you a roof you did not need.
• Both credential numbers on the estimate. Kansas Attorney General roofing registration and Johnson County Class DR licence, plus a certificate of insurance sent from our insurer rather than photocopied.
• One written price, good for 30 days. Itemised, with a per-sheet decking allowance so it does not move once the crew is on site.
• The details nobody inspects. Olathe does not send an inspector to residential reroofs, so the ice barrier running past the wall line, the new step flashing, the six nails per shingle and the open soffit intake are all on trust. We build them the same whether anyone checks or not.
• Answered at any hour. Kansas storms happen at night.

What we will not do

We do not knock on doors after storms. We do not pay, waive or rebate deductibles. We do not roof over an existing layer. We do not use "today only" pricing. And we do not tell homeowners we can adjust their claim for them — that is a public adjuster's licensed work, and anyone in a roofing shirt offering it is out of their lane.
