We would rather show you how to check a roofer than ask you to take our word for it.
We are a new company in Olathe, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no wall of testimonials here because we would have to invent them, and a roofing company willing to invent reviews will be willing to invent other things. What we can offer instead is a way to check us, and a standard you can hold us to.
Check us before you hire us
- Kansas Attorney General roofing registration. Ask for our number and look it up in the Attorney General's roofing registration directory. Every legally operating Kansas roofer has one, and the law requires it on our vehicles, cards and contracts.
- Johnson County Class DR licence. Verify it with Johnson County Contractor Licensing.
- Insurance certificate direct from our insurer. Ask us to have it sent to you rather than accepting a photocopy — that is the only version that cannot be edited.
- Ask us the nine questions in our checking-a-roofer guide, and compare our answers to whoever else has quoted you.
What you can hold us to
- A free inspection with photographs and a written report, whether or not you hire us
- An honest verdict, including "no claim" and "this roof is fine for now"
- One itemised price, good for 30 days, with a per-sheet decking allowance so it does not move
- Both credential numbers on the estimate
- Tear-off, not recover. New flashing, not caulk. Ice barrier past the wall line. Six nails per shingle.
- A magnet sweep of the yard, drive and street, twice
- Manufacturer and workmanship warranties in writing at completion
If we fall short of any of that, tell us and we will fix it. As reviews accumulate honestly, they will appear here with links to where they were left.
