Storm data
The dates and hail sizes in our storm log come from NOAA's MRMS radar records for Olathe — hail detected and sized by radar rather than measured on the ground, which is how the industry and the carriers track it. Hail falls in narrow swaths, so the figure for a given day is the largest reported over the city and may not reflect what fell on your street. Only an inspection of your roof establishes what happened to it.
