Privacy policy
The short version: we use your details to inspect, quote and do the work. We do not sell them.
What we collect
What you type into the inspection form — name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you selected and anything you write in the details box — plus your email address if you send us one. If you call, we keep a record of the call including the number you called from, and calls may be recorded for quality and for accuracy in writing up the job. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, and we use a cookieless analytics tool that counts visits without identifying individuals.
What we use it for
Calling you back, booking and carrying out the inspection, writing the estimate, ordering materials, doing the work, and supporting an insurance claim where you have asked us to. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Us, the crew doing your job, and where relevant your insurance carrier or adjuster — and only what the claim requires. If you apply for financing, the lender collects its own application directly and operates under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to lead brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for about two years, so that if a storm claim comes up later we still have the dated record. Completed job records, photographs and reports are kept for seven years, because warranty and insurance questions arrive years afterwards.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@olatheroofpros.com and we will, apart from anything we are required to retain for a completed job or an insurance matter. Ask us to stop contacting you and we stop. Reply STOP to any text message.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, and we do not pretend otherwise — which is why we do not ask for and do not want your bank details, card numbers or Social Security number through this website. Nobody legitimate needs those to quote a roof.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
