What happens next

We call you back, usually within the hour during the day.
We book an inspection, normally within two to four days — longer in the fortnight after a county-wide hail event, and we will tell you honestly where you sit.
We walk the roof and the attic, photograph everything, and give you a written report with a plain verdict.
If work is needed, you get one itemised price, good for 30 days. If it is not, we say so.
